As a PASSPORT online banking retail customer, you have the option of receiving your bank statements in the traditional paper format or electronically though the Internet. Your monthly statements for checking, savings and money market accounts are delivered to you sooner with no additional fee. You can save your eStatements to your personal computer in a PDF format; eStatements and check images are available online for 3 months.
E-mail Notification
ALL PASSPORT retail online banking customers receive e-mail notifications from Town North Bank stating “Your new Town North Bank online TNB eStatement is now available for viewing”. Simply click on
PASSPORT Online Banking page. Enter your customer number and password as you currently do to gain access to online banking home page, then select “E-STMT”.
E-mail Address
Your notification is sent to the current e-mail address on file with the bank. To change your address, select “User Options” on the online banking home page; then select “E-mail Address”; then select “Change E-mail Address”.
Go Green
If you no longer desire to receive paper statements, simply send Town North Bank a secure e-mail by selecting “Secure Forms” located on the online banking home page. A “Secure E-mail Form” allows you to communicate securely with the TNB. Simply inform the bank that you no longer desire to receive paper statements; however, you must choose to receive all electronic statements or all paper statements.
Enhanced Login Security
Enhanced Login Security identifies you as the true owner of your accounts by recognizing not only your password but
your computer as well. If your computer is not recognized or if you forget your password, you will be asked your three "Challenge
Questions". To change your Challenge Questions, select "User Options."
